Do I need to pay a deposit?

No deposit is necessary for Event, Festival or Lesson appointments - just pay on the day!

A deposit for bridal parties is required to secure your appointment, once your booking is confirmed your deposit must be received within 30 days.


What is your cancellation and no show policy?

Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a %50 fee and no shows will incur the full amount of the service.


Do you have discounts for group bookings?

As my prices are reflective of the industry standard I do not have discount options for group bookings. I do offer discounts for value packages though – if you require your makeup done frequently this is great option! See the packages here.


Why is there a travel fee?

To cover my costs and time I charge a travel fee that is calculated per km, to receive a quote please complete this enquiry form.

Do you do trials?

Yes! Trials are highly recommended for brides to ensure that there is minimal stress and/or surprises on the big day. Of course anyone can book in a trial for their event, no matter the occasion, please get in touch with me here.


What do I do if I have allergies or product/brand requests?

If you or anyone in your party have allergies to certain products or ingredients please let me know upon booking your appointment via the comments section so that I may ensure I have suitable options for your party. If you simply request a particular brand/product that I do not utilise in my kit you are welcome to provide it on the day of your event and I can apply it for you. What kind of products/brands do I use?

My kit is comprised of multiple luxury brands that I have found to be the best performing in my experience. I do not have set products or brands however some of the brands that generally frequent my kit are Nars, Urban Decay, MAC, Too Faced, Stila, By Terry and Hourglass …. just to name a few.

What if I am not satisfied with my service?

If you are for whatever reason unhappy with the makeup I have applied I implore you to please, please let me know on the spot – I will do whatever I can to rectify the situation. The last thing I want is to disappoint my clients. If the problem/s cannot be resolved I will happily refund the full amount of your service.
